Hearing from you matters to us. That's why we invite you to post reviews, comments, recommendations, photos, videos or any other content related to DerMaia, on this site or on social media.
When you post your content, you grant Grupo CauFi, S.A. de C.V., dermaia.com.mx, their related companies and their service providers the following:
- A worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive and transferable right to use the reviews you post on dermaia.com.mx and the videos, photos or other content you post online (for example on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X or another platform) tagged #DERMAIA or with a dermaia.com.mx campaign hashtag, together with your social media handle, profile picture, caption and any location you included ("User content"), in any media, including but not limited to their websites, social media pages and other digital media, newsletters, third-party sites, print materials, points of sale, television and other broadcast media, for marketing or advertising. Grupo CauFi, S.A. de C.V. and dermaia.com.mx may use, reproduce, modify, delete in whole or in part, adapt, publish, translate and create derivative works from User content, at their sole discretion.
- You declare and warrant that you own all rights to the User content, that you have permission from anyone appearing in it to grant these rights, and that none of those people is a minor.
- User content is an honest expression of what you want to share with others about your use of and experience with DerMaia. From time to time we'll invite you to share it in exchange for a special incentive.
- You release Grupo CauFi, S.A. de C.V., dermaia.com.mx and anyone acting on their behalf from any liability related to the User content.
- You agree that Grupo CauFi, S.A. de C.V. and dermaia.com.mx may collect the personal information you provide and use and disclose it in connection with the use of your User content as described here. Your information may be transferred to or accessed from other countries and shared with related companies or other trusted third parties working on our behalf. By posting User content with any of our hashtags, or by giving us your information, you agree to its collection, use, disclosure, transfer and processing in accordance with this permission, our Privacy policy and the applicable data protection laws.
