These terms apply to everyone who uses the site, whatever they do on it (shopping, posting reviews or other content, subscribing to the newsletter, among others). Your access to and use of the site are governed by the version published at the time you use it. If you don't agree with them, don't use the site or buy the products published on it.
We may change, add or remove parts of these terms at any time; the date of the last update appears at the top of this page. If you use the site after a change, you accept the new version. If you subscribe to our newsletter, we may let you know about changes by email.

General conditions of use
- By using the site you agree to use it only for personal, non-commercial purposes and in accordance with the law.
- Reselling our products is prohibited. If you'd like to distribute them, email us at contacto@dermaia.com.mx.
- Prices are in Mexican pesos, include VAT (IVA) and apply within Mexico.
- Except as allowed in these terms, reproducing, copying or exploiting the site's content is prohibited.
Shipping
We ship only within Mexico. The shipping cost, how many products you need for free shipping and the delivery time are shown in your cart before you pay.
Your account
You can buy without creating an account. If you create one or buy, you confirm that the information you give us is true, current and complete, that you are over 18 and that you have no more than one account. Otherwise, we may close your account without notice or liability on our part.
To create an account you only need your name, your email and a password; if you give us your date of birth, we send you a gift code on your birthday. Don't share your password: if someone signs in with it, we'll assume it's you, and we're not responsible for its misuse.
If you notice suspicious activity on your account, let us know right away so we can take the necessary steps, such as changing your password, closing the account or asking for more information to authorize a purchase.
Your content
We love receiving your reviews, comments, photos and videos, whether on the site or on social media with our hashtag. Keep in mind that this content isn't confidential: anyone who visits the site can see it. We review reviews before publishing them.
We can't prevent others from copying, changing or using what you share. If you have an idea or information you want to keep confidential, don't post it on the site. We're not responsible for misuse of content posted by users.
We're not obliged to review all content, but we may read, review, change or remove any of it when we see fit. You are responsible for what you post. Posting violent, discriminatory, threatening, vulgar or illegal content, among others, is prohibited.

Product availability
Product availability and descriptions may vary. If a product says "Sold out", we're out of stock for now.
Purchases
Every time you buy, we send you an email confirming your order.
We may limit the quantity of a product per order, ask you for information to verify a purchase before accepting or shipping it, and refuse or cancel orders, including those with a price published in error, even if they have already been confirmed or charged. If we cancel an order that has already been charged, we refund the amount to the card you paid with.
Secure payment
Payments are processed by Stripe, a secure payment platform. We accept credit or debit cards and, on devices that support them, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Your card details never reach us.
Invoices
If you need an invoice (factura), tick it at checkout and enter your tax details. We issue it within the month of your purchase and email it to you.

Promotions
From time to time we'll invite you to take part in promotions. Read their rules and, if you agree, accept them to take part.
Intellectual property
The site and all its content, including text, photographs, images, illustrations, graphics, video, audio, software, logos, names and icons, are protected by copyright and registered trademarks and belong to Grupo CauFi, S.A. de C.V. Content posted by users belongs to its authors, under the terms of the User content permission.

The site may contain links to third-party sites. We're not responsible, directly or indirectly, for what is published on them.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico. As a consumer, you may also contact Mexico's Federal Consumer Protection Agency (Profeco).
