You can return a product within 7 days of receiving it if it is sealed and unopened, or if it arrived defective.
For hygiene reasons we can’t accept returns of opened products that have no defect.
To request a return, write to us through our contact form with your order number and, if the product arrived defective, a photo. We will reply with the next steps.
This policy applies to orders shipped within Mexico.
